One or our specialties at Tim’s Turbos falls into cleanliness. It doesn’t matter how well you build engines, tranz, or turbochargers. If you are not cleaning your parts properly you will always have failures.  We also offer cleaning Manifolds, intakes, and turbo accessories.  Here is a breakdown from light to aggressive cleaning. As far as materials go, we start with Baking soda or Walnut shell. These are two light but very effective ways on cleaning fragile aluminum blades. We also do fluid cleaning with Hot tanks and Ultrasonic cleaning tubs.

Starting to get more aggressive is Glassbeed, Aluminum Oxide, Stainless shot. We also do a shot pen for surface Harding. Shot Pen the compressor wheels and backs of piston skirts will increase the strength.

 If you have other very delicate parts, Ultrasonic cleaning is the most advanced system out there.  It is used in surgical tools now, Because of the micro cleaning it does.

If you are looking to smooth out some edges and make a better oil slick. Send in your parts to be tumbled. We can tumble many different part example diff gears, seal plates, comp covers, and so on.
